Following are the terms and conditions relating to our membership, programmes and events. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these. 

• Junior and Adult Coaching Programmes: booked half-termly in advance on a first come first served basis. Junior players in the Performance Programme are given a priority booking window before being made available to new participants via our website. 

• Ratios: Every group is set at a maximum coaching ratio and once full cannot extended.

• Free trial sessions are not offered. New players will be placed in a suitable group based on their age and previous experience. 

• Joining after the start date - You can join a class part way through a term if there is space. We are unable to offer spaces for ad hoc sessions or chosen session dates.

• Junior Membership - If you plan to use the club and attend coaching long term it is cheaper to buy a junior membership and pay a member’s coaching rate. This is only for our junior players (4-17 years old). We do not accept cash or cheque payments for membership

• Membership Cancellations – we require 30 days’ notice for cancellation from the Performance Programme

• Court Bookings: these can be booked through SchoolHire at North Cambridge Academy.

• We do not offer Pay & Play sessions.

• Coaches - are all LTA accredited with valid DBS and First Aid certificates

• Medical conditions – must be disclosed along with any current medication taken

• Emergency contact – must be provided

• Weather cancellation – we reserve the right to cancel a class if the court is deemed unsafe to play; as much notice as possible will be given.

• Code of conduct – all players must adhere to each club’s own set of rules and must behave in an appropriate manner.  We reserve the right to exclude a player from coaching if their behaviour is considered dangerous, disruptive or aggressive and hinders the ability of the coach to run the session.

• Behaviour - all players must share our club values of love, openness, valour and empathy, which make up LOVE.

• Updates - We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
